Easy House were appointed by the client to achieve planning permission and building regulations consent with a consultation on an ad-hoc basis for the construction stage.

The project was to replace the existing conservatory with a new high performing rear extension that the clients would be able to use all year round to entertain friends.

 The client was an experienced builder so once planning permission and conditional consent for building regulations had been gained, they took the build on themselves.
